Overview
Randevu is built for boutique instructors — music teachers, tutors, yoga and surf coaches, tattoo artists — people who know every client by name. The instructor creates a workspace and invites students with a code; booking, waiting lists, attendance and notes all live inside that closed circle.
It ships as two apps that share one core: an instructor app with calendar, student management, consent forms and reports, and a lighter student app for booking, payment and progress.

01The model
Your space. Your students. A code.
The instructor sets up a space with their brand, services and policies, opens groups, and shares a join code. Students request to join; the instructor approves.
- 01One student account works with any number of instructors — and a yoga teacher can take piano lessons with the same account.
- 02Codes are easy to type (no I, O, 0 or 1), can expire and can be renewed in one tap.
- 03Instructors can book on behalf of students who never install the app.
02Booking
A calendar that protects your time.
Weekly availability with several ranges per day, special days, buffer time after each lesson.

- 02Approval mode: a booking waits until confirmed or the deposit is paid.
