Privacy Policy

A short, plain account of what this website collects, and what it doesn't. Each of our games and apps has its own policy.

01Who we are

This website is operated by Druid Mind Software, an independent software studio. In this policy, “we” and “us” refer to Druid Mind Software. Contact: druidmindsoftware@gmail.com

02What we collect

  • When you contact us. If you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, project type and message you enter.
  • When you join the launch list. If you sign up to hear about a launch, we receive your email address.
  • When you visit. Like any website, the server that hosts this site receives technical information needed to deliver pages — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Our hosting provider may keep this in short-lived server logs for security and reliability.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal data. Please don't include it in your message.

03What we don't do

  • This website does not use advertising trackers.
  • This website does not set cookies. It only remembers your language choice in your browser's local storage, and you can clear it at any time.
  • This website does not use visitor analytics.
  • We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
  • Fonts are served from this website itself, so your visit is not shared with a font provider.

04How we use it

We use contact form messages only to read and reply to your message and to keep a record of our conversation. We use launch-list addresses only to tell you when a game or app is released. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or your consent for the launch list.

05Service providers

Contact messages and launch-list sign-ups are handled through an email delivery provider, and the website runs on a hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf and only to provide their service. Some of them may process data outside your country; where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer.

06How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete it. Launch-list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or the list is no longer needed.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the EU/UK GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK — you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent and to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, email druidmindsoftware@gmail.com or use the contact form.

08Our apps and games

This policy covers this website. Each game and app handles data differently, so each one has — or will have, before it is released — its own privacy policy, linked from its page on this site and its store listing.

09Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
