Overview
Built for remote teams of five to thirty, Daybrief replaces the daily meeting with a short written update in three parts — what was done, what is in progress, and what is blocking. Projects, tasks and responsibilities live in the same app.
Blockers turn into help requests, and a weekly report is compiled automatically from clear rules. There is no voice processing and no AI in the loop: the report is predictable, running costs stay close to zero, and the team's words stay the team's words.

01Write
One minute, three parts.
What was done, what's in progress, what's blocking. One item per line — no long messages, no editing later.
- 01Mark your own tasks as in progress or done while you write.
- 02Add action items: managers assign to anyone, members to themselves.
- 03A private end-of-day reflection that only you can see.
02Team
The team's day on one screen.
Who did what, who's stuck — at a glance.
- 01Ask for help on a blocker; the person you choose gets a notification.
- 02Recurring blockers are flagged, with how many times they've appeared.
- 03Multiple teams per organisation, with roles and seat-limited invite links.
03Projects
Light project tracking, built in.
Projects with a lead, a deadline and each member's area of responsibility. Tasks with an owner, a due date and a history.
- 01Progress is calculated from tasks automatically; cancelled tasks don't count.
- 02On track, at risk or late — set by the lead. Overdue tasks surface everywhere.
- 03Comments, change history and one-time reminders the day before and after a due date.
04Report
The weekly report writes itself.
On Monday morning, last week's completed work, open blockers, open tasks and project progress are compiled by clear rules — and shared with a link.
- 01Personal reminder time per time zone, and a gentle second nudge.
- 02Offline queue: updates send themselves when the connection returns.
- 03Notifications, emails and reports in each person's own language.
